Free Online Support Groups for Carers.

Who is a Carer?

A carer is a person who supports and takes care of someone who is experiencing mental health challenges. You could be their friend, partner or family member. It can often feel like you do not have a support system for yourself or you may feel tired. This does not mean you don’t care. It just means that you need to refill your cup before you can offer more of your love, compassion and kindness.

Details about the group

Studio Oviyum offers an online support group for the people who care for their family, friends, partners with complex mental health concerns.

We believe that community support for carers must be accessible and easily available.

We meet once a month on zoom where we try to create an open and non-judgemental space where you are invited to have some space for yourself and to find support and community with others who are in a similar position.

Please note that this is an art therapy group that is run by a registered art therapist. This group is specifically for people who are carers. The group will meet online on the first Saturday of every month, for 1.5 hours.
