I offer individual therapy sessions over zoom.

Will this be a good fit?

I think therapy is most effective when you find the right therapist for you. Think about what you might want from therapy and talk to your therapist about it. Ask questions and see if that is something that would work for you. Remember that therapy is a space for you.

What if I want to try art therapy instead of counselling?

Both art therapy and counselling are forms of psychotherapy and they are here to support you and your mental health. So, if you come to Oviyum for art therapy or counselling and want to switch to the other, we can discuss it and see what works best for you. The client is always in charge of what they want from the sessions.
